Group Therapy

There is something magical that happens when a group of people come together–and connect. Group therapy offers a very powerful way to learn new ways to navigate life’s difficult times.

Groups usually consist of 6-9 people who are all focused on learning new tools for living and obtaining personal growth. It offers a great way to connect. When you are given the opportunity to witness another person’s personal work, your own work also happens. That’s a part of the magic.

Building Better Relationships Group

The “Building Better Relationships” group starts each year in January and meets weekly.

In this group, we start with improving our most important relationship: the one we have with our own self. Then we explore how we can show up differently in other relationships in hopes of improving them.

This group is offered during both daytime and evening hours to allow you to find a time that works with your schedule. Registration is limited, and new members are added throughout the year if space allows and the group members give consent.

Coming this Spring: Groups focused on the works of Brene’ Brown

I am currently finishing my requirements to become a certified facilitator of the work of the amazing Brene’ Brown.

This spring I will begin offering Daring Greatly and Rising Strong groups centered around her books of the same names. Join us as we learn how to show up and be seen in all that we do.

Other therapy groups are offered at different times during the year depending on interest. Please call 336-902-3888 to learn more.
